He is executive director of Vets For Freedom, a group that helps Afghan and Iraq War vets and informs the public, too. One piece at the VFF website is Mike Ledeen's case that we are now winning in Iraq. A Washington Post front-pager last week by 43 critics Thomas Ricks and Karen de Young says that AQI (al Qaeda Iraq) is now "crippled."
