Homeland Security: Terror Cellphones

NYPD chief Raymond Kelly told Congress last week that interrupting terrorist cellphone transmissions is a homeland security priority, after seeing how terrorists used cellphone links to deadly effect in the November 2008 Mumbai massacre.  Multiple rapid shifts of frequency in the midst of transmission vastly complicate the task, which also requires not disrupting communications for the innocent public and for the police as well.  This is hard stuff to try to implement.  Best of luck, Ray.
