America: An Entrepreneur's Warning

Jim Manzi, who ran Lotus in the 1980s, warns that Team 44's program could kill venture startups by raising the tax burden and thus lengthening the odds against success.  As it is, 4 of 5 startups go under.  Founders face years of the grind, frequently pouring every penny into their idea.  And worse, future increases in political confiscation are almost a given, with unrealistic budget numbers and politicians owning shares in major firms.
