LFTC - Europe Gets Its Presidential Wish

Ralph Peters says that Europeans got the President they wanted, but that 'Bam is the most anti-European President since James Monroe.  It seems our on-and-off friends across The Pond forgot the ancient Chinese admonition to beware what one wishes for, lest one get it.  As one of those who felt that Bush 43 & Cheney were absurdly demonized by our Euro-pals--ditto when Ronald Reagan was in the Oval Office--I derive considerable schadenfreude (that wonderful German word meaning "malicious glee" but expressing the idea far more poetically) from this turn of events.
