Sarah Palin's Sept. 23 address, the WSJ editors write, shows a sounder grasp of foreign policy than President Obama evinces. Palin calls for human rights pressure on China, free trade promotion with singing of free trade accords now stalled in Congress, and for stronger support for US regional allies Japan, Australia & India. I tried to dredge up a transcript of her speech, without success.
