L:FTC - IRAN: The UN's Watchdog Agency Finally Wakes Up

The New York Times reports that the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency has concluded that Iran likely is hiding additional nuclear facilities.  The IAEA notes after its recent inspection visitthat Iran's recently-disclosed Qom facility, slsated to go online in 2011, is too small to provide stand-alone civilian nuclear power.  Well, if it is not intended for civilian purposes, need we wonder what the purpose of Iran's facility is?  Making Persian carpets?
