The UN issued a report questioning the legality of wartime counter-terror drone attacks. This comes right after we killed al-Qaeda's operations chief, ranked third behind Osama bin Laden & Ayman al-Zawahiri, with a drone this week. Thanks once again to the Turtle Bay Tortoise.
