Last week, finally, on DAY 70 Team Obama decided to accept foreign help. The Dutch rushed to our aid, with superior technology that sucked up oil but did not meet insane US enviro-rules that insisted on pristine perfection, and did not protect US union jobs. The Dutch could train our workers, but not get in faster and instantly do the job. We did the same thing with the Exxon Valdez, where a Democratic Congress stood guard on union protectionism.

Haaretz reports on a June 30 ruling by a federal judge granting asylum to the double-agent son of a Hamas founder, now warning the US about the dangers Hamas poses. Homeland Security has been trying to deport him since early 2009, despite the son having converted to Christianity & emerged from hiding--placing his life at elevated risk--to publish a book informing Americans about the danger Hamas poses to the West.
Oh, and yes, Homeland Security has Put ANOTHER child on the "no-fly" list. Six-year-old Alyssa Thomas of Ohio, who had flown without incident all her life until Homeland Security implemented Secure Flight this June, now must go through a lengthy checkout procedure each time she flies. Her parents are appealing the ruling, but unless prodded by the administration or Congress expect Homeland Security to stand its idiotic ground.
